Hail the King!

Hail the new King of F1!

The search for the heir to Schumacher's throne has been found! Of all the dashing young knights, Alonso proved to be the worthy winner and F1's youngest Champion was crowned in Brazil. The Spaniard finished third behind Montoya and Raikkonen - who was the only other title rival - to clinch the world championship.

Some even consider Alonso to be on par with Schumacher and Senna - though there is place for arguments and debates! Of course, he is a great and worthy Champion, but can he match Schumi and Senna? Only time will tell. He sure does have the capabilities, so he might soon become another name synonymous with F1!

Just when things were looking to be too monotonous and with the A1 championship looming large and threatening to put F1 out of the picture, a new prince has been crowned. This makes things interesting in the fast and furious world of F1.

Enough said, This year belongs to the Spaniard - a welcome break from the routine of the German on the podium!
