Redemption....Italia...Euro 2020 Champions

Finally...for Messi

With Argentina's 1-0 win over Brazil in the Copa America Final, Messi finally has a trophy with his country! He has won everything at the club and individual level but one big trophy with Argentina always eluded him. He was so close in 2014 with the World Cup but ended up on the losing side in the finals. The same stadium again, but with a different result this time around.

This Argentina win was probably for Messi and he can now sign off with a smile!

One more to go

With the Euro 2020 finals just days away, its going to end with either Italy or England ending their unbeaten run in the tournament, which also stretches to way before the Euros. Both of them have a point to prove with Italy failing to qualify for the 2018 World cup and England not reaching a finals since 1966 ,though they always have high expectations. 

And of course I will be rooting for the Italians to lift the trophy and complete a wonderful tournament.
